Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

The VRN Editing Course is a 100% digital product. Once access is granted to the course materials, you will have immediate exposure to downloadable and streamable content. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing the course, you agree to this policy and understand that you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage or completion

  • Accidental purchase

  • Technology limitations on your end

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error

  • You never received access to the course after payment and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days

3. Technical Issues

We are committed to helping you access the course successfully. If you experience technical difficulties:

  • We will assist you in troubleshooting any access problems or course playback issues

Note: A lack of basic technical knowledge (e.g., not knowing how to use a browser, play a video, or connect to the internet) does not qualify for a refund.

4. Unauthorized Sharing

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the course without notice or refund.
